Doing Math with the Tailed Beasts' Power

Let's do some math :
Consider the one tail Shukaku as 1t, and all others beasts as (number of tail)t
As Shukaku is the smallest particle of this universe, I'll consider 1t as the default measure of power.
The biju's are said to have the chackra equal to all biju's before them.
So it stays like that :

1t
2t = 1t
3t = 1t + 2t = 2 * 1t
4t = 3t + 2t + 1t = 2 * 1t + 2 * 1t = 4 * 1t
5t = 4t + 3t + 2t + 1t = 4 * 1t + 2 * 1t + 2 * 1t = 8 * 1t
6t = 5t + 4t + 3t + 2t + 1t = 8 * 1t + 4 * 1t + 2 * 1t + 2 * 1t = 16 * 1t (Following that logic)
7t = 6t + 5t + 4t + 3t + 2t + 1t = 32 * 1t
8t = 7t + 6t + 5t + 4t + 3t + 2t + 1t = 64 * 1t
9t = 8t + 7t + 6t + 5t + 4t + 3t + 2t + 1t = 128 * 1t

Three facts I want to point out:
1 - Kurama has 128 times Shukaku's Chackra?
2 - So, is the 2 tails power the same as 1 tail?? Is there anything I am missing?
3 - Why the **** did the SO6P divided like this? Why not make all the beasts equally powerfull??
I mean, he calculated this whole mess with a jutsu... It's insane.

Well you forgot to add that the Naruto only has half of the kyuubi's chakra and his father has the other half.

that bolded part,the axiom of your theory,was never ever stated in the manga,so your theory has no basis at all.

is a waste of time.

I doubt Kishimoto thought the maths through so rigorously. Plus, I would have thought the tails power adds up more like... "2 tail = 1tail + 2 tail power," "3 tail = 2 tail + 1 tail power," "4 tail = 3 tail + 2 tail + 1 tail power", etc... But I find this whole system slightly unbelievable because then that implies the 8 Tails Sasuke and his team fought is so much more ridiculously more powerful than the 1 Tail Gamabunta struggled to hold off.

Off topic: Seems like you study Logic or something. The presentation of that was like something written by a Logician.

It's a theory, but it seems quite likely that the chakras are significantly increased for each tail. Kurama was the one that stated that the tailed beasts' strength was based on their tails, which Shukaku disliked immensely.

However the parity in power here is incredible, I doubt Kurama has THAT much more chakra, but mathematically speaking (and working along your original premise) it might stand to reason that this is how the escalation of power works.

I'll try and find the panel where Kurama states that. It might as well be confirmed consdiering Kurama IS the strongest bijuu, and Gyuki has shown his power against the other bijuu as well.

Maybe the power could be even higher. You see, Naruto in KM is apparently stronger or has the same power then Hachibi. But he has only HALF of his chakcra. Even the Hachibi stated that the power of Kurama was incredible. That means that if only half chackra, Kurama is able to surpass Hachibi, how much power does it have on it's own??

I actaully did the math on this once because it didn't make sense for the nine tails to be strong. Simply put each tail represents the is twice as strong as the last tail. To make it this more simplistic
1t= 5
2t= 10
3t= 20
4t= 40
5t= 80
6t= 160
7t= 320
8t= 640
9t=1280

I came up with this watching new six path fight 8 tails and how well he did verses how well the nine tails did. the 8 tails fought bujii 2-6 which would combine for 630 which slightly less than the 8 tails estimate which was pretty much how the fight went. 8tails was holding his own but the numbers were getting to him. Then when naruto transformed he basically owned all six bujii this was the only thing that makes for him to be that much stronger than other beasts that before he joined the fight he was so comfortable with the 8 tails enough to handle those six that he could take a nap.

Even this does not make sense. Hachibi praised Kurama's strenght, but theoretically he onlt have half chakcra, putting him in the same tier as Hachibi. But he's still more powerfull...There is a catch on the whole tail thing yet to be discovered.

As fas as i know..the bijju's power depends upon the number of tails they have.. So the logic is extremely simple..
Consider shikaku's power =X
now the summation should be 100
so the equation becomes,
X+2X+3X....+9X=100
45X=100
therefore,
X=2.22
SO kyuubi's power will be
9*2.22=19.99
that means if juubi's power is conidered as 100 then juubi is 100/19.99 i.e. 5 times stronger than kyuubi..
There is no need to calculate all this ..but You said you are a programmr...so i understan..you like logical things

He knew Naruto with Kurama were the only ones capable, that's why he told Naruto to deal with it.

It's not that simple. It was already clear that Kurama is stronger then Hachibi, so even though Kurama has only half of it's chackra, he still is more powerfull then the full power Hachibi. So, the "gap" between the bijus power, may be extremely high, or Kurama is just insane powerfull...
