I don't understand how and why Obito doesn't have a heart!?!

I could really predict Kakashi whooping his ass this time cos in their kamui dimension, Obito can't warp someone nor become intangible but when the raikiri hit him, why was there no heart in his chest?? It's so confusing, I know he was refering to the hell and pain he's suffered and all but also there was no heart in his chest, why?? And how has he been able to perform jutsus if he's got no heart? Cos that's the reason Sasori preserved only his heart cos it's needed to control chakra and that's the essence of whoever opens the eighth gate dying cos it's located in the heart. Can someone please explain :nuts:

Maybe his whole body has been overtaken by Hashirama's cells.
There's two instances where I have notice about it.
1. First during Obito's fight with Minato, his "left arm" came off as some kind of paste material.
2. And during the fight with Foo and Torune, Obito just took off his "right arm" like it was nothing.

But it was his "right side" of the body that was crushed by the rock.
Hashirama's cells was implanted to him. May be his body is overtaken by Hashirama's cells.
But I have no idea How He Make them Grow again. May be from Gedo Mazo...I guess so.

It is Obito's sharingan which suggests that he has used a genjutsu similar to Itachi's Tsukyomi in which he is able to control the situation around him. One of Kakashi's weaknesses is genjutsu Remember that time when he got hit with Tsukyomi by Itachi in Part 1. Even if he knows he's going to get hit or is already hit by genjutsu, there is nothing he can do since he doesn't know about chakra control as well as Naruto.

Anyway for the OP: It was genjutsu, sharingan or not Kakashi sucks at detecting it in time. Also could be because they are in the Kamui dimension and Obito has total control over it and that there is more to this place than what we know. It was mainly to prove his point visually to make a bigger impact on Kakashi.
