I can stop any lightning attack s-rank and below right? Even a large like nagashi?

Nahashi can be stopped if it was used with in reason.You cannot use this to counter a full body nagashi.If it was channeled through a medium,you can definitely stop it.You can use it against any other lightning jutsu as well.Size of the lightning jutsu plays a role.For easier reference,remember chidori or raikiri and instead of lightning,here it is a vortex of wind.
