I don't think so... not everyone can become a jinchuriki of the most powerful bijuu but I think the lower ranking bijuus can have any human sacrifice but the problem is that some are not durable like Naruto, Bee or Yugito...

kushina is good not because she is an uzumaki

Mito is good not because she is an uzumaki

Same for naruto

Yeah but they're also know for their amazing life force and chakra..... just like Uchiha is known for their eyes.
