We all know Karin just likes Sasuke for no reason because she forgave Sasuke. Sakura actually understands Sasuke and likes the person that he is/was. I for sure would say Sakura since she knows Sasuke more than any girl or any other woman. And I can see Karin actually talk about Sakura's love to Sasuke, because she gets her feelings.
