My personal top 5 plus reasoning

Ok, ive never done a top 5 so im gonna give it a shot and see if i can make everyone atleast half ass agree with me. Not using edos or characters that we dont atleast know a tiny bit about *Cough*rikodu*cough*

1:Hashi
obvious top choice. Played ball with the big wigs and as far as we know always came out on top. One of the very few Mokuton Users out there. Has some pretty killer techs. Definately smart.

2:Madara
Have to say Madara because he has been the only person we know of to control the nine tails without befreinding him. Crazy Strong Sharingan. Only person to have PS. Only person we know of to have unlocked Rennigan

3:Jarayai
He was one of the three legendary Sennin. Faught off 2 or three Peins(i Forget how many lol) Wide range of some crazy Jutsus.

4: Third Riakage
Took a whole army of shinobe to bring him down. Even then it lasted three days. Only wounds we have ever seen him take were self inflicted.

5: Hiruzen

Faught oro plus 2 of the strongest shinobe known to the naruverse (mind you in their weaker form) and still saved the day. Managed to learn every jutsu Konoha had to offer which is no small feat.

yes they are my personal top 5. I put jman on 3 because of the fact that he fairly easily took out peins and the only reason he died was due to lack of info. And even then he managed to save the day by relaying the info he learned to konoha which ended up saving their ass. and raikage is 4 because even though he has only ever een hurt by himself....he still got tricked into hurting himself....twice.

Jiraiya didn't easily kill the Pains... He's isn't Top 10.
