Why do people count teleportation a speed..

I don't understand why teleportation counts as speed, Minato nor Obito should be considered the fastest ninja alive, it should go to fast on feet ninja like the Raikage, Sasuke, Itachi, Killer Bee, Naruto and many other fast ninja that don't teleport, does anyone agree?

I don't think teleportation should count as speed, what do you guys think?

second of all i agree speed should be based on your own movement. However speed can also refer to the ability to perform an action in a set time. like 40km/hr just liek that minato's ftg he can kill say 30 fodders in 5 seconds.
However i agree in terms of movement speed raikage and other on your list are faster

i think teleportation is speed but not raw speed like BM or KM naruto. Teleportation is considered speed because you move very fast on the battlefield(minato or raikage). I don't really know:dunno:

Why it should you see how fast you can go from one place to another is generally your speed ...!!! Doesn't matter how you do teleport or jump to that place or get a helecopter .. It will be considered your speed ...!!!

Speed represents your rapidity of movement. Give FTG to a fodder and he would never be as effective in battle like Minato. Minato's movement speed was simply so fast that in addition with his teleportion, he could cover the battlefield split of seconds after the other in order to kill entire squads in seconds. It's because of this he was called the fastest ninja alive
