What will happen all those shinobi when the "peace" comes?

There is always some stuff about bringing peace in this manga; but what will happen all those ahinobi who trained and worked for plain kicking ass in their almost entire life? Seriously if the eternal peace comes; it means no wars or conflicts, no huge crimes, no missing nins also means that no job for ninja.

It will cause unemployment and economic s**tstorm; those poor shinobies can not make money because being ninja is what they are focused on; they are not Jiraiya they can not write some p0rn books; and they do not have a flower store like Ino's family.

A warrior will turn into a hobo. A downright hobo thanks to peace. There where 80.000 shinobi in war, 40.000 of them are died in first day; some will be gone too but they still exist; also in minor villages and in academies or as genins.

Their jobs will be taken away from them. They will be like this:

They can still be bodyguards or something along those lines. Peace doesn't mean a perfect world, their will still be criminals and other terrorists or some other problems. They still have work in between the wars as they did in between the 3 and 4 Shinobi World Wars.

But between the wars was not a peace state; they were always conflicts and disagreements. War is called a war; but that does not mean every other era is peaceful; crimes and terrorism is a part of hatered.

I feel that all of the villages we co-exist in peace. Sure there may be some groups that want to disturb the peace, but that is where the Shinobi come in, to ensure there is peace between the villages.

Shinobi DO have other abilities than soldiers in our world, some sort of "veteran crisis" is kinda unlikely. A high-tier water-user can summon water from the atmosphere, which has near-limitless uses for any society. They could irrigate the Land of Wind?

Earth and Wood techs can be used for farming, building, landscaping and much more, fire for heat and energy, lightning can power cities, wind can power ships and cut nearly anything. And even non-elemental ninja-abilities can be put to use in a peaceful manner. The elemental countries will simply have a superhuman workforce.
