and as for Naruto and Nagato thingy : Naruto felt Nagato chakra when pain hit him with the spear since 'couz Nagato transform his power by thous spears
but when it comes to flashback this anime is the NO. 1 in flashbacks

Well sorry to say it, but this time I think you misunderstood something extremely important.

What the Juubi saw, was not the "chakra" inside Naruto from the other beasts. It was the reflection from the beasts concealed within its mind reflected in Naruto (and Kurama). As we see, the Ichibi is also present, but we never saw it giving chakra to Naruto. And Octopus is not present, since, well, he is simply neither in Naruto nor in the Juubi.

You even said it urself (unknowingly though). Obito felt something new in Naruto, but it was not strength (chakra), it was something else. Probably a new - even more powerful - bond. This bond is the reason, the Juubi saw them in Naruto.

Later we see the reflection of the so6p in Naruto, because so6p's will is Naruto's will, as well as it is the 9 beasts will. Thinking that the Juubi actually sees Naruto as the so6p is not likely, because Naruto is Naruto, not so6p. But he probably shares his will to protect the world, and again the reflection is the result of his bond with the beasts.

^ look here, obito saw image of what looks like 9 tomoe which was forming when naruto was releasing chakra.
this represents the bijju chakra.

this has nothing to do with so6p chakra.
And didn't you said that so6p chakra is sealed within kurama ? this kind of contradicts your earlier theory, since one can't see sealed chakra
