1 being the weakest, and 100 being the strongest, how strong was Hodi Jones while doped up on steroids?

Kuzan made a good point, he was only strong because he was fighting luffy (devil-fruit user) while he was a fishman underwater. So i'd go with 30-40

I'd say around 30 if not less. Even if his body was affected by the steroids, he was pretty weak compared to Luffy actually.

30-35, the only reason he posed somewhat of a threat to luffy was because they were under water. He was pretty weak.

It really depends.He has an advantage when he is on water,but then again he couldn't keep up with Luffy even though he is weaker in water and he got easily cut by Zoro(he wasn't on steroids though).
I would give him around 45-50 on water,30-35 on land.I can't see him do anything against the big names...

I think hody was at 35. Pre time skip luffy was 40. And post time skip luffy is around 70. And zoro is 60-65. And law too at 60-65 and doflamingo at 80. Shanks at 90. And dragon at 95 along with kaidou and roger and whitebeard at prime at 100.

well the gap between each number in terms of strength keeps increasing
luffy on his debut was maybe 4 or 5
however vs cp9 he got to 20 or so maybe
with roger,and whitebeard at 100
the other yonkou are all in their high 90's and i would place an admiral around 85
Luffy at the moment in my opinion is around 50 to 60
hordy jones base: 15
hordy first dose: 25
hordy overdose 1: 40
hordy overdose 2 (on the ship): two or three less than luffy

I just found it stupid by Oda to give Hody that much of time against Luffy. But OK, steroids and fight in his best environment as an excuse that Luffy barely defeated him. I don't bite that crap by Oda. Luffy was half dead against Lucci. Against hody and it irritates me for the water excuse. Not to mention haki didn't do a shit to make Hody faint.. it only shocked him to fear..

they didn't fight, they clashed. nobody knows who's stronger as of yet, so everything will just be an assumption until it's made clear.

Hodi jones was basically just a character that Luffy had to test his power on. he wasn't really anything special <.<.

Actually people theorize that all that happened was Shanks talked and convinced Kaido into not attacking WB (just like he persuaded Sengoku into stopping the war). So they didn't even clash.

that might be a possibility as well. prob the most likely one.
