My theory is this:

We saw naruto start to heal after a chidori to the chest in 1 tails so what if she didn't actually die there but was starting to heal and obito left and a rain ninja got her Bk to the village and then sealed it from her body into the 4th?
Idk if its plausible or not but juz my thought

They never got her body, the mist ninja were killed by Kakashi/Obito. Rin was then taken back to the village and buried, hence the grave Kakashi is always at throughout the manga.

You're only partially correct there. The "grave" Kakashi visits is a monument to a Leaf shinobi who died in battle. It is not the actual burial site of any ninja. Furthermore, shinobi's bodies are destroyed eliminate the possibility of enemies gaining knowledge or powers from them.

OT: All of the Mist shinobi were killed. Kakashi was the only one left alive. He would have noticed if Rin's body were missing because it would've been his duty to safely dispose of it or transport it back to Konoha.
