in court it was said she was abused by her parents I think.. if that's true then that would explain why she is kinda like this. I agree her actions were brutal and very psychotic like, but putting her to death is still pretty ... wrong ..

I have always had a hard stance on punishment. You steal something you should pay the equal cost of what you stole. You hit somebody you should get punched in the mouth. You kill somebody you should die. About the only exception I see is rsts and child molesters. They should die too.

I think its hypocritical in the fact that you want her killed because she killed .
That you know her killing isn't right, but killing her is whats right.
This is what I mean I suppose.

I agree the sympathy card is played in trials, but if a kid gets abused then kills the parent that might actually stop them from further abusing others potentially.. unfortunately these things happen... and its usually cuz of things that happen in the murder's life I guess... the world is a cold place and its cruel.

yep unfortunately the bible does indeed sort of propose killing in a way.

I haven't read every single sentence so im not 100% sure, but courtrooms try to have the appeal of god for some reason.
Its really despicable. I also am not a fan of politics Lol

1. No I'm not because I differentiate between justifiable and unjustifiable killing. You do not. That is where we differ. Self defense is justifiable. War is justifiable. In some cases murder itself can be justifiable. The case of the father who killed the man that raped and murdered his son is the first that comes to my mind when I think of that. Killing your boyfriend because your parents abused you or he abused you or you were just a psycho that didn't like being dumped is not justifiable. This falls back to my stance of equal punishment for the crime. Except like I said for rapists and child molesters. I don't even see them as people anymore.
2. This is a political issue. The death penalty is something that many judges and politicians actually get elected on.

I feel I agree that some deaths via killing are somewhat justifiable .. for examples serial killers I suppose or Hitler even. He didn't commit the murders himself , but he order a country to.
It could've been that he did abuse her though, but I actually doubt that.

That's assuming they stay in solitary confinement. Prisons don't have the space or manpower to keep every murderer in solitary. Plus most of those guys who are in their too long go insane or try to kill themselves.
