Roshi blowing up the moon was a inconsistent feat. Stop using it it's a poor argument seeing as Roshi's base is at 139 he had to use a full powered Kamehameha in buff form to blow it up so his power level was much higher. King Piccolo had trouble blowing up cities and his power level was stated in the databook to be at 260. Piccolo who was at 329 at the time had trouble destroying a moon so even at that level we know moon busting is a incredible feat.


Anyway Naruto's probadly at 250 maybe 300.

Piccolo wasn't sweating because he blew up the moon. Rewatch the episode. Gohan transformed into the Great Ape, that's why he was sweating. Piccolo didn't even use a special move to blow up the moon, he just used a basic energy blast which is much weaker and less concentrated when compared to a Kamehahameha wave. However he completely made it vanish whereas Roshi's Kamehameha made it crumble. This is because Piccolo was at a much higher power level than Roshi.

If a person such as Goku was to use an energy blast and then use a kamehameha, the kamehameha would be substantially stronger than the simple energy blast. Piccolo was so powerful that he didn't need to resort to a special technique such as his special beam cannon in order to destroy the Moon.
