Description: This technique is used in a similar way to the Body Flicker Technique. When using this technique, the body appears like it's being engulfed by flames, disappearing from view slowly, masking the users own high speed movement. In essence, the technique is simply an elemental variation of Body Flicker technique and thereby follows the same restrictions and possible uses.

Description: This is an advanced fire release technique which is unlocked after gaining mastery of the fire release, after the user gathers a huge amount of Fire chakra all over his body, basically converting most of their chakra into fire chakra inside of their body. The user undergoes a special state where he becomes covered in a fire aura, like a faint blazing red aura around his body that's resonating as long as the technique is active, this aura doesn't grant the user any defensive capabilities whatsoever, however it allows the user to power up his Fire techniques alone in rank, meaning that any Fire technique that the user uses while this technique is activated will gain an additional rank. Like A-rank fire techniques when used while this technique is active will become S-ranked, the reason for the boost in rank is that the user utilizes double the amount of chakra that the fire techniques requires, so if a technique requires an amount of 40 chakra points, the user performs it with 80 chakra points instead, similar to how Naruto does with the Rasengan by compressing and utilizing more chakra he upgraded it into the Big Ball Rasengan. Maintaining this technique is rather difficult and requires vast amount of chakra from the user, so they can only be maintained for a limited amount of time, while in this technique the user will be incapable of using any water techniques, as well as the wind techniques the user uses while in this mode will lose one rank, so if the user uses a B-rank wind technique it will become a C-rank, this technique also puts a huge strain on the user's body, decreasing their speed by half of the original amount, however they are still capable of stringing handseals just as fast as they were capable of before.
Note: Can only be used once per battle.
Note: Only up to S-rank Fire Release techniques can be boosted and S-Ranks are still S-Ranks just with +20 damage.
Note: Lasts for 4 turns.
Note: After the technique deactivates the user will be incapable of using Fire techniques for 3 turns and can't mold chakra above S-Rank for 4 turns.

There's a limit to what Fire techniques you can increase the damage of, basically Fire Techniques of Forbidden rank can't be boosted using this technique, because from the simple chakra drain that's required to form the technique you'd basically die, so up to S-rank Fire techniques can't be boosted, also S-rank Fire techniques doesn't become Forbidden ranked, only S-ranked with +20 additional damage points.
The bonus that this technique gives is that it raises the Fire technique used while it's active by 1 rank, it lasts for 4 turns, everything else is self explanatory i think, when activating, a feint resonating redd-ish aura is formed around your body but doesn't give you any defensive capabilities, similar to the shape of a Super Saiyan's yellow aura when he undergoes the transformation.
I have one condition however, that this technique isn't to be used against Konoha ninja "in the ninja world events" or myself, that's it lol.

Description: the user unlocks all the lighting chakra they have. The lightining chakra is pushed to every point in the body creating like armor made out of pure lightning. A structure forms out of the back of the user as the shape of large thunderbird wings that are made of pure lightning chakra but they do not grant the user flight of any kind. The user takes on the speed of lightning but can only beable to move at the speed of Rock lee without his Weights in which they have not actauly achieved the speed of lightning. While in this Mode the user can only use lightning jutsu and nothing else. All lightining jutsu get +10 strength. After this jutsu is deactivated the user is extremely exhausted and they cannot use any lightning jutsu for the rest of the battle. Also after this mode is deactivated the user can only use C-rank and below jutsu due to the exhaustion and lack of chakra.
(Usable only 1 times per battle)
(lasts 5 turns)

Baically It works by releasing lighting chakra from your Pores into the surrounding area around you. The you condensed that chakra to form an encasing around your body of pure lightning forming unusable wings from your back. The shape around you head will represent the shape of a large bird's head at your feet the lightning will form itself into the shape of large talons. With the lightning released from your body, your overall speed increases and your lightning techniques will gain +10 strength. Also in this mode you can only use lightning techniques and taijutsu. So be wary(might be changed)
But be wary after deactivation of the full 5 turn limit you can no longer use lightning for the rest of the battle and can only use C-rank techniques(this may also be changed when the jutsu is being updated.)
Lol a CJ owner can revoke the rights for someone else to use the CJ just as easily as teaching it to him, that's my only condition for you to have this technique, i think it's fair don't you think ~_~

Description: The user summons the Dyuaru Yure(Dual vibrations) . they can appear in hand or on the users back. the swrods have black and silver colored handles and they are both long swords that share the same case. the user can channel lightning chakra into the swords to create an aura of electrical currents around the blades allowing them to cut through things easier. Also while the swords are active the users lightning techniques are increased by 10+ so that the lightning jutsu are stronger. Once every 4 turns the sword can channel lightning chakra through the ground to electrocute the opponent(The lightning chakra can travel up to mid range).
Also this sword can absorb lightning chakra up C-rank. This effect can only beused twice per battle
The twin swords:
(the user can only put an electric current around the blades 3 times per battle and the electric currents last 5 turns)
(Usable only once per battle)
( Wind element of user drops by 10 damage points )
