When he Kamui's something, he sends it to the dimension he is in right now...so therefore he cannot use Kamui while IN that dimension. He cannot become intangible, or make any organ/part of his body intangible while in the Kamui dimension. So yes he did get stabbed with raikiri. Doesn't make sense how the left side of his body is artificial now also, but whatever, I guess he implanted even more of Hashi's DNA into himself so his whole body is artificial now instead of just his right side. Actually he made his entire body artificial by the time he fought Minato during the kyuubi attack.

See his left hand fell off, that means his whole body was already artificial basically a year after Madara saved him and made his right side artificial.

his feet? his hand? kishi didnt draw zetsu body darker or lighter than regular shinobi skin... his feet are inside of shoes
