Is Obito's katon more powerful Itachi's and Sasuke's katon?

Excluding Amaterasu and Enton, of course.

I would say it is, as he has Hashirama's cells amplifying just about everything he does (including his katon ninjutsu), and has been shown to use it for defensive as well as offensive purposes. He also has been shown to use it with Kamui, making a deadly combo.

No doubt. Aside from the Amaterasu and techniques related to it, Sasuke and Itachi haven't really shown anything as impressive as Obito's Katon here.

it's a higher level jutsu then what Itachi and sasuke used......

So, until we see Itachi and sasuke use more fire styles, we can't say for certain....

It's hard to say, Sasuke's Goryuuka no Jutsu was pretty intense and Itachi's Goukakyuu no Jutsu was too. It's not about the size of the Fire but the intensity of the flames.
