I have a feeling that Obito is either too exhausted to fight properly or he's letting Kakashi beat him up to see whether Kakashi will actually finish him off. Without the Kyuubi chakra from earlier, I doubt Kakashi would still be able to fight at this point.

Obito is still much stronger than Kakashi, by comparing everything both characters have shown throughout the series. Still, it surprised to heck out of me to see Kakashi standing over Obito. I expected him to be the one on the ground. xD

Top 20 or 15? Name 14 stronger characters than him? And if you've read the manga correctly, you wouldn't list any of the current Kages/most of Akatasuki. Obito is much stronger than Kakashi with the help of Jins/GM, but Jins were part of Kabuto's arsenal anyway, so it's all highly-situational.

Kakashi got the better of Obito. Simple as that.

Kakashi warping Naruto so fast with Kamui that Obito was not able to comprehend should've made it clear that Kakashi can hold his own, if not defeat most of the Narutoverse.

Obito had no reason to dodge his attack as he knows Kakashi isn't going to hit him as evidence by him telling Kakashi that he knows he is still feeling guilty. He knew he wouldn't hit to kill because Kakashi already made the same mistake unconsciously before.

If Obito really wanted to kill Kakashi he'd be dead.

As a last piece of evidence: a simple punch in a stomach was enough to make Obito cough with blood, you really think Obito can tank Raikiri to the heart better than a punch to the stomach?

Wrong very wrong. 1. You are not getting the point Obito was trying to make, he just wanted kakashi to know that he doesn't have a heart to feel emotional pain not physical pains. 2. Obito who is proud like other uchiha will just tell kakashi straight away that his attack won't kill him, rather than accept that kakashi could have killed him. Also obito doent enjoy be hit, of course for a very long time b4 they figured him out he evaded all their attacks, because if the other half of him which is not made of mokuton is injured he will be in serious sh*t
3. Riakiri to the head will definitely undo obito for he is not known to grow back his head.
Finnaly kakashi has improved and is longer weighed down for his lack of stamina.
