[Discussion] Rinnegan is exclusive to the Uchiha clan.

2. Rinnegan needs both Uchiha and Senju powers (eyes and body) to obtain. That's a manga fact. So it's not exclusive to either one of them. It it were, then that would mean that one clan could get it on their own and wouldn't need the other's help

Madara explains right here that even after implanting the cells into his body nothing happened in the beginning. He wasn't able to actually awaken Rinnegan until years later when he was almost dead.

Obito has only senju dna+MS for a short while compared to how long Madara had it. Most likely Obito hasn't had enough time to awaken it yet.

Rinnegan is not uchiha exclusive.

Rinnegan is a progenitor gene which means it needs the exact dna which replicated it to activate because the gene itself does't replicate.It needs to two strands of dna to activate one from the uchiha and one from the senju.

So as you see uchiha alone cannot get the rinnegan which means its not exclusive to the uchiha.

Are u aware that senju DNA is required for the revolving of the EMS into rinnegan, did u read the manga? Even if sasuke gets senju DNA it wouldn't awaken by the end of his life span, theory has it that the sage was an uzumaki and gained the rinnegan by becoming its jinchuuriki, probably naruto absorbs his essence and somehow possibly gains the rinnegan I'm not sure though its just a theory

There's a page where Kurama says it even more clearly as well. But I'm too lazy to look. You're welcome to re-read the manga for yourself though. Naruto has already been said to be the next sage by the tailed beasts. And since they are all currently inside Naruto (all exept the 8-tails), that pretty much confirms it since the Sage said the next time they end up in the same person that person will be the one to take his place

No it's not. An Uchiha needs Senju DNA to have the POSSIBILITY of awakening it. Many signs point to the SO6P being an Uzumaki and they are related to Senju and Uchiha (by extension). Who's to say the SO6P wasn't an Uzumaki? He sealed the Juubi within himself and which clan specializes in sealing techs?

even the juubi in this chapter recognized rikudou's will in naruto not madara and certainl won't be hashirama either since kurama didn't care for hashirama.

hashi and madara are the descendats of the sage's sons who i think naruto will have to set right.

The senju are indeed distant relatives of the uzumaki

How is that possible you say ?

Uzumaki > Senju Ancestor > Senju

This is where the "Distant" comes into play.

Many thought Senju>Uzumaki (That would make them direct descendants to each other and common sense tells us you can't be distant relatives and be directly related.Also for specifics cite my above post.


Uzumaki = strong life force and spiritual energy >>> Senju = strong life force /Uchiha = strong spiritual energy

From what I understand the Rinnegan is totally exclusive to the Uchiha clan... no if's or but's about it.

The Sage of 6 Paths gave birth to the two major clans: Senju and Uchiha.

Senju clan got the body of the sage, and Uchiha clan got the eye powers of the sage.

Uzumaki clan are distant relatives of the Senju and that explains the strong bodies they have.

Madara Uchiha eventually unlocked the Rinnegan (confirming that the Uchiha clan has the ocular powers of the sage, they just have to unlock them).

The only reason anyone in the Naruto series besides the Sage of 6 Paths has the Rinnegan is because a member of the Uchiha clan (Madara) unlocked them and passed them to Nagato before he died and then Obito took them after Nagato's death.

The only one I can see getting the Rinnegan is Sasuke because just like Madara, he has followed the "evolution" of the Sharingan and now has EMS (one step away from Rinnegan).

So anyone want to tell me why noobs are running around talking about Naruto getting the Rinnegan?

The SO6P was the first Rinnegan user and He was not an Uchiha, they did not even existed at all, His First Son the Uchiha Ancestor Inherited it from the SO6P a Non Uchiha. Thats the known facts.
