Please look at the scan carefully before you comment. Kakashi CURRENTLY has the upper-hand with his hand in Obito's face ready to kill him. Note this time Kakashi is in another dimension against obito where no one else can help. ONE on ONE kakashi just spared his life AGAIN , totally proving my point.

No. You have to consider the battle circumstances.

1. Obito doesn't have his full Rinnegan abilities available to him. We've never seen him use the Rinnegan powers alone yet, so we don't know if he can like Madara and Nagato, but we do know that he can do the 6 paths tech, and use the Rinnegan powers through separate bodies. Since that is a known tech that he can do, he's at a handicap since he already used it earlier and his paths all got defeated

2. Obito can't use kamui. Or I should say he can but it's not a good idea for him too. Since he's already in the other dimension, going transparent would sent his body parts back into the real world, which would make them easy targets to be struck by the alliance or they could end up being caught in the mayhem that the juubi is creating on the battlefield. And since Kakashi can now use kamui and teleport himself as well, running away with kamui would also be pointless. Now if this fight were taking place in the real world and not the other dimension, Obito would have the advantage of going intangible and being able to protect himself better from attacks, which I just explained he can't do since he's already in the other dimension

3. He doesn't have control over the GM anymore since it's now the juubi and Madara has it. Again taking one of his greatest weapons away.

Kakashi isn't stronger than Rinnegan Obito under normal circumstances. But in the other dimension and without the use of his full arsenal then yea he is because Obito's Mokuton isn't nearly good enough to beat a ninja on Kakashi's level. And nothing else in Obito's arsenal beside Izanagi really has a chance of defeating him. His best stuff was unfortunately used up early

Even if you take out the tailed beast in the equation:

Obito or Madara > Kakashi + Guy + Naruto + Bee

They haven't even been using their rinnegan yet! XD

in the manga kakashi would have killed gedo but obito with kamui protected the gedo and jiubi as gedo (kamui to his neck enough)
kakashi can beat gedo or jiubi (manga fact)

I think a good thing to note is that even after Kakashi straight up jack knifed Obito in the heart...the dude was just not giving a sh**.

Kakuzu could take some shot to the heart lessons from Obiot...or just go grab some Senju DNA ;D!

Obito is still above Kakashi...he has the Rinnegan techs, Kamui, and Mokuton techniques (not to mention a beastly fire tech).
