That's what I thought too, but what if genjutsu works differently in that dimension. Obito has experience there, Kakashi doesn't and right before he stabbed Obito there was that panel of that sharingan... I don't know maybe it is genjutsu.

Obito threw himself on Kakashi's raikiri to be pierced by Kakashi's Raikiri to remind Kakashi of Rin's death and that He knows truth about Rin's death.
Also its already explained that Obito does not need to perform daily human activities like eat, drink etc. after being merged with Zetsu android. So I think it explains whether Obito needs heart or not to pump blood.

That's what I thought too. Plus the way the other panels went after Kakashi stabed Obito how they switched to Rin and the story plus the way Obito was acting it all kinda seemed like he used a genjutsu. Plus Obito never seemed like he was fighting back like he had a plan.
