You mean old Hiruzen. The guy has perfect score in every category(he even is more skilled in taijutsu than Itachi according to databook) except in things that decrease with age(strength, speed, stamina), which means that a younger Hiruzen could possibly have perfect score in every category

Yeah I know, but we haven't seen Prime Hiruzen in action. Old Hiruzen is still stronger than Itachi though anyways.

Databook hasn't been updated since part one of shippuden... Also I'm not an itachi fanboy or anything but itachi has shown a lot compared to hurizen... If they were to fight I'd go with itachi... We can't talk about prime hurizen cuz we don't even know what tht is

Thts just how it is an majority of uchia's lack physical sthrength but make up for it in taijutsu

No, because Hiruzen was a 69 year old man, did you expect him to have a 5 in speed and strength, as well as stamina? Read my above post; Hiruzen at 69 years old would simply be destroyed by Itachi.

He got a 5 in hand seals, Just OP made a mistake.

There is something I have been able to grasp about Databook scores; they should not be juxtaposed with other characters, as they reveal a character's own potential. If he/she has reached a 5 in a certain category, then he has maxed out his potential in that area. But I do think Hizuren wasn't all that he was made up to be. Given by feats, Itachi should beat him with relative ease.
