Gai, Lee and Neji vs 6 Paths of Pain

This takes during the time when Pain attacked the village; but instead of Naruto; this 3 guys are going to fight with Pain, so what would be the outcome?

Intel: Gai, Lee and Neji have those mini-katsuyus with them; so they know what Naruto knew in that fight; Pain obviously does not know a thing.
Distace: Same conditions with manga
Intent: Obviously "kill that b*tch"
The "team" who has the last standing comrade(or path) would be counted as the winning one also the village must be saved no matter what(Well for the 1st team)!

Who would win?
And which comrades or paths would be gone at the end of the battle?

In my opinion; 1st team have advantages; Naruto had sage mode who played huge role in a fight; which is something enhances power and speed(Gai and Lee have that as advantage) also Neji has strong offensive and defensive attacks; even if they do not completely win(which they probably would) i can see them taking out atleast 4 paths.

Gimme some opinions.

That path would be the most trolled one; i think 1st team can take this in a non-soloing way; it is Pain afterall.

But they have intel and a team; it is not like they would jump over Pain at the same time they have enough speed to attack between intervals.

About the village; if a rampaging 8 tailed kyuubi did not cause any death; a Hirodura controlled by Gai would not to a thing to them.

Pain wins this. Animal Summon spam is enough to keep these guys on their toes. If anyone of them gets close, Shinra Tensei knocks them back. Hirudora is deflected with Shinra Tensei. If it gets too much for Pain to handle...CT is a sure finisher.

Hirudora isn't something solid you can punch or shoo away.

Everything is subject to gravity. Including wind pressure.

He doesn't need to deflect each punch. A strong enough Shinra Tensei will send Guy himself flying backwards.

Not much beats Six Paths of Pain but at the same time I feel that 8 Gates would be ridiculous, it would put Guy on Hashi/Madara level temporarily, I honestly believe that and with 2 full 8 gates, I don't know- they may literally be able to stand against shinra tenseis.

Lee and Guy die from full 8 Gates (as does Neji unrelated) but I believe they win.

It uses chakra, but it's inside the body. it's hard to absorb something that is not openly present.

If preta path wants to absorb that, he first has to catch them, and in 8 gates, there is no one on that team who would be able to catch them.
