Zabuza is underrated or overrated ?

He was first villain in the series.
Kakashi defeated him but he recognized him as strong oppenent.
In data book his power is quite strong 30.5/40 and only few ninja managed to score above 30
While no one has score higher than 35 ..

I agree he died early but he was strong and underrated as well

Zabuza fought obito when he was controlling mizukage before he left mist village.

Anyway ..

he started out pretty intimidating but as he was the 1st villain and was dealt with he will be underrated who knows if he managed to live he may have learned some new tricks lol it happened to kabuto

His fight was one of the best fight in the series .
It was against kakashi.
He fought obito too..
When he fought the mizukage (obito was controlling him)

Zabuza got screwed by being the first villain. He couldn't be too strong cause they had to be able to beat him same goes with haku.
Zabuza as a character was one of the best! By far my favorite bad guy. I knew when I first saw him he was a gangster.

Zabuza was an example for all villains, he hade a small time to shine but the stronger the light is the smaller the time........... That's not a theory, that's a fact.
And therefore he will be never forgotten, he is in every villain, in every episode and every redemption.
He was a aswome villan.

As a shinobi? He's one of the best. An excellent silent killer, said to be able to deal a lethal blow with the massive Kubikiribōchō before the victem even knew they were hurt. Capable of hearing your eye lid move in his thick mist. His physical strength is nothing to ignore, Suigetsu needs to bulk up to even wield the Kubikiribōchō, while Zabuza casually tosses it at his enemies.

Over all power wise though, he's an elite jounin. Very skillful ninja but he lacks devastating moves and one of his better jutsu requires 44 hand seals. What makes him deadly is his strategy and how he kills. He's purely an assassin and an ambush killer. Not some tank like Kisame, or versatile mid range ninjutsu user, Like Kakashi.

Zabuza is also one of the more well written characters, like Jiraiya, Kakashi, Shikamaru, Haku, Kisame, Sasori, and such.

His personality is also to die for, straight forward on what he wants. Knows that Gato will betray him so he makes a plan to kill Gato after being paid. . And his speech on the multiple ways he could kill an opponent during the first arc was. . Amazing.

He's on the same level as Kimimaro, Asuma, Part One Kakashi, Part One and early Part two Kabuto, Hidan, Baki, Kurienai, possibly Darui and possibly Gai.
