Kishi's Character

Does anyone think that Kishi has ever created a character in Naruto that was based off his own personality or looks?
I think Kishi looks a bit like Yamato, but I'm not sure if their personalities are similar in any way. What do you think?

That would be my second guess. Supposedly, Kishi has a twin brother so Sai and Shin could be like Kishi and his brother.
