I think everyone who is honest can agree that their is no strongest ninja in naruto (except edo madara) its mostly about matchups. But what 5 ninja do you think is the most all around.

Meaning ninjutsu genjutsu taijutsu intelligence and leadership ability. What ninja's are just the total package.

Itachi - top notch ninjutsu/speed/genjutsu/seals knowledge / intelligence
good taijutsu as well, and without a doubt the best kunai/shuriken user

Kakashi - top notch in pretty much everything but genjutsu

Hiruzen - top notch in everything according to stats, maybe not genius smart but smart nonetheless

I would like to consider Minato as well but, the reason i consider him versatile is because of FTG, as its the jutsu that is key to everything he does. How is his taijutsu? Physical strength? Genjutsu? Weapon play?

He is somewhat versatile, but not as much as Itachi kakashi and hiruzen if we are to judge how versatile they are by their expertise in each aspect
