Tobirama is the kinda Hokage I would want as a Leader of the village.

I mean he takes things seriously unlike Hashirama who's goofy a lot lool, he also gives credit when due like he talked about how others like Kagama Uchiha devoted to protect the Leaf, he also created many systems in village like the exams

He is really knowledgable and understands what the village needs, + people who say he isn't kind and really harsh, GET THIS: he died to protect his comrades/students and appointed Hiruzen as the Hokage not Danzo, THANK GOD for that and he didn't die thanks to their students like Hiruzen and Minato LMAO.
