All double MS (or EMS) users has susano'o, tsukuyomi, and amaterasu (after training of course)
also, each eye has a unique ability of it's own
Obito's (Kakashi) eye- Kamui
Shisui's eye - KA
and as for Madara, Itachi, and Sasuke, the unique ability is an extent version or an expertise of each one of the three techs (susano'o, tsukuyomi, and amaterasu)
Sasuke- Amaterasu (enton)
Madara- Susano'o (PS)
Itachi- Tsukuyomi (we all know itachi is the king of genjutsu and he had the strongest tsukuyomi by now, right?)

Well itachi said that susano needs the two types of jutsu amaterasu and tsukoyomi well what if its wrong? For the fact that he was wrong that tje mask guy is not madara. So im sure. Theres much stuff that we dont know.. cous if madara has those kind of just (amaterasu tsukoyomi..) then the only thing that was strong enough to beat up naruto is noting...

MS user's vary with their tech's.

First off, it's already extremely rare to have a MS, if you have tsukyomi and amaterasu, you get the 3rd power Susanoo

Some user's don't awaken any of these powers and get KA (Shisui)

Others get their own tech on par with Susanoo, amaterasu, tsukyomi which is Kamui. Note that Kakashi and Obito don't have their own Kamui. It's half of the Kamui's ability in each eye.

Complete Kamui put's one on par with Susanoo, and all that

MS powers can vary depending on the individual. Sasuke is very talented in Amaterasu, Itachi in genjutsu perfecting the Tsukyomi and Madara reaching to the perfect susanoo.

Nobody said he didn't have it so it matches the theory .
And it's just a hype, Itachi is the best genjutsu user there is in this manga.
Only genjutsu we know Shisui had is KA and he couldn't use it more than once a decade and Danzo used it better than him, I don't have any appreciation for Shisui for other reasons as well (in battle). As a person he is surely great.

Any one who has the sharingan can sacrifice one eye and do Izanagi or Izanami.
And it's NV, MS users are OP it's not a surprise.

It's OT but i'll explain
if you developed the rinnegan yourself you can go back and forth from EMS ,rinnegan and sharingan and use all their abilities like Madara does. but if you implanted an eye , like Nagato and Kakashi, the eye stays at the state she was implanted, Nagato's rinnegan is allways a rinnegan and Kakashi's sharingan is allways active,
But since Kakashi developed the MS himself he can go from regular sharingan to MS
