Who would be a better Hokage, Guy or Kakashi?

I think Kakashi has both the Intelligence and the Power to Run as Hokage...

I think some of you - most of you in this regard - are highly underrating Gai's intelligence. He may not be a prodigy or a genius, but he seems like an intelligent fellow. Both are neck or neck in terms of power tiers, but Gai seems to edge out a bit. In terms of decision making, Kakashi should be more appropriate, Gai appears to be a very restless fellow.

I'm sorry I love both of these characters but there was an episode of Naruto SD where Guy became the temporary Hokage. I know SD obviously isn't canon but it's very perfect with the characters and this is exactly what would happen. Guy basically does a terrible job as Hokage but he inadvertently also motivates the entire village without meaning to.

Shukaku would fit the role better, they should leave behind the tradition of strongest ninja is leader, especially when the people who actually know how to run things usually aren't these people. Orochimaru despite the experimenting on kids bit would've been a great hokage.
