I'm new here so hiiii Anyway, I do believe that kakashi is one of the strongest characters in Naruto. He is smart and strong, basically awesome. But i believe he could be stronger if he had time to train. What more could he unlock by training though and does it make any sense for him to train anymore. He's fast, mastered nin jutsu and tai jutsu. Maybe a sword would do him good not sure.

But who knows what a little more chakra could do for Kakashi. Maybe influence his abilities with the new Sharingan. But this is jus my opinion.
