Hmm... Kimimaro has more raw skill in combat than Kabuto. From what we've seen, Kimimaro logically wins. However, Kabuto knows Kimimaro and how his body works like the back of his hand. Using his intelligence and data, Kabuto could pull off a win, even a very easy win if Kabuto puts some sort of drug or something into his experiments or something to that affect.

But yeah, in the end, that's just an assumption. From what we've seen, Kimimaro wins high dif. Hard dif because Kabuto was at Kakashi's level in Part 1.

Lol a kabuto fan for sure. No way is the scalpel gonna cut his bone. He can change the bone density at will. Scalpels can't cut bone that's why doctor have to use drills and saws in surgery. An kabuto was super weak in part 1 he got beat by genin naruto.

Yes but it's not just a normal scapel is it? It's literally chakra dividers for hands. And you know that he was one of the strongest back in part 1 right?

Kimimaro (sick) had like a 30.5 or 31.5 in the databook in part 1. That's pretty ridiculous, he could've become the best taijutsu user ever. Imagine him in part 2, with Senju DNA and a couple implanted Sharingan or something. He'd be pretty much unbeatable

Kimimaro was stronger in ability but in an actual fight, Kabuto could defeat him. It's Kabuto's brain that makes him deadly.

He'd play dirty and target Kimimaro's weak point. His chakra scalpel is much sharper than his bones, that defense doesn't mean anything when you literally have chakra splitters for arms. Not to mention Kabuto can go underground, cut the important tendons and nerves in his body whilst ALSO BEING ON KAKASHI LEVEL OF SKILL, he could reduce Kimimaro to a quivering mess. Not to say Kimimaro wouldn't be a good challenge though, Kabuto would get pretty injured.

because Kabuto would just stand still and let that happen of course :')

I'm not on anyones 'ball sac' I believe Kakashi could defeat Kimimaro and as a result I believe Kabuto could too.

...kabuto said himself that kimimaro is stronger

He loses

Eh, different takes. Kabuto is Kakashi level and I can't imagine Kakashi losing to Kimimaro. If you reread the chapters before the Sannin fight where Kabuto shows off his abilities and battle skill then you might rethink it too.

Also Kabuto obviously is exaggerating. I'm sure he doesn't believe that Kimimaro is the STRONGEST NINJA EVER.

That's not what he was saying. That statement was within context of Sasuke's abduction.

What he was saying that nobody from Konoha could stop Kimimaro. So in conjunction:

1. Strongest servant to Orochimaru (stronger than Kabuto, who is stronger than Kakashi.)

2. Nobody in the Leaf can stop him (which makes sense given that Kakashi was probably the strongest ninja after Hiruzen.)

Granted, Kabuto probably didn't know how beastly Danzō and Gai were.

But one need only look at Kimimaro's jutsu versus Sasuke & Itachi to realize his power.

(They needed Susano'o.)

Eh, fair enough- good argument.

I still feel that Kabuto is a more talented ninja if that makes sense? I guess Kimi could defeat him and Kakashi one on one even though it's kind of hard to imagine when he got beaten by Gaara... But yeah, I can buy that.
