| Part 1: ('09-'11) Simon at age 14 was very short an underdeveloped for his age. He was barely 1.50m in length and very thin due to his lack of proper food during the first 14 years of his life. He had black eyes and peach skin. His hair was straight, medium-sized with some of it falling between his eyes and navy blue. Alongside his childish hair, Simon also had a very clean "baby" face making him seem younger than he really was. Being an anime character, Simon was obliged to always wear the same thing. His usual get-up consisted of light reddish-brown shorts, a white belt with a grey buckle, white bandages around his stomach area, white socks, brown boot-like shoes, red-yellow goggles and a simple blue jacket with red stripes along the shoulders and sleeves. Later on he placed the red skull emblem of the Dai-Gurren Brigade on the back of his jacket and tied a piece of Kamina's cape around his left arm.This jacket oftentimes waves like a cape, making Simon look extra cool. |
| Part 2: ('12) During his time of inactivity, Simon, now 21 years old, grew a lot and matured. His height was now 1.78m and he looked lean and well-built. His hair got spikier and longer. His features and expressions turned from childish to calm and eventually to bored. Changing is wardrobe into a more modest, less flashy one, Simon wore a set of clothing, that consisted of white pants, a reddish large belt, a white coat and a light blue jacket with red/gold patterns. He kept his yellow-red goggles and his core drill. Part 3: ('13--Ongoing) After another period of inactivity, followed by 2 months of battling, Simon has gotten to the place he is now. He is a lot more muscular, his hair has gotten longer and has gotten a bit taller. Now standing at a height of 181, Simon looks a lot manlier. His features make him serious, yet he still retains a hint of his childish look. His final and by far the coolest outfit includes dark-blue, low-rise jeans, a black neck brace, a matching black haramaki, and a navy blue trench coat with gold studs and the Team Dai-Gurren logo on the back. He trades his goggles for a red, star-shaped sunglasses. |

| Personality: At the start of the adventures, Simon was a shy, withdrawn boy. Having lost his parents to an earthquake, he often hid from danger. After a short time, thanks to his adventures with Kamina, he became less shy and grew braver. Later on he got used to the pressure and the constant danger and learned to be brave. As he fought time and time again, defying impossible odds, he grew more and more confident in himself. He became extremely loyal to his friends and would face any challenge for their sake. Alongside all of his traits, 1 more stands out. His love for doing things over-the-top. To a ridiculous extent. So much that he would need to shout at least 3 awesome quotes and do 2 screams before every single attack. Fun Fact: Simon names his attacks after the randomest stuff, such examples include; Kiri-is-the-best-in-the-universe-swing!!!, Who-the-hell-do-you-think-I-am-Kick! and Fusion-Fist-of-Brotherly-Love |

| Taijutsu(Mastered): Thought by many masters, Simon is fairly skilled in Taijutsu. Using his hands like weapons, he can take down most of his enemies in an one-on-one fight. He uses no martial arts and wings it, using the flashiest moves possible. He often combines this with random shouts and yelling. His fighting style also includes risky attacks since he's immune to physical damage, due to his Hozuki abilities. |

| Genjutsu(Mastered): Although not his prefered style of battle, Simon can masterfully use Genjutsu. He has the power to trick the minds of his enemies, making them believe alternate realities. He can also confuse them or put them in a state of constant fear using his mind tricks. Aside from using them, Simon is adept at defending his mind from such tricks. Through the torture of his teacher, Gats, Simon has can use his never ending willpower to overcome illusionary obstacles. |
| Hozuki: Being a member of the Hozuki clan, Simon can turn his body into water at will, allowing him to be unaffected by most physical damage. His liquid form becomes very useful in close-combat battles. Also he can combine his liquid form with other jutsu to achieve great feats such as growing much larger, gaining 360 vision and turning his limbs into drills. Unlike most members of the Hozuki Clan, in his liquid form, Simon's body looks like a torrent. It looks fully blue-turquoise instead of the regular blue/skin-color hybrid. Furthermore his glasses and his cape retain their red color to match Simon's blue/red theme. The basis of Simon's Hozuki powers come from the Water Release: Hydrification Technique |

History:
| Born in an underground research lab, Simon, had a horrible childhood. He and his family were constantly experimented on by the researchers who hoped to harness the power of their clan. Soon after, there was a large earthquake. It destroyed the research lab and killed Simon's parents. Buried under a ton of rubble, Simon gave up on life and waited to die out. Fortunately, another group of escapees ran into him. Amongst them was a man named Kamina. This man, gave Simon the courage to go and and the duo managed to dig their way into safety. After finally seeing the surface, Simon decided to follow his destiny and learn to harness the powers of his clan. With this, Simon's journey began. He first seeked to master the use of water. |

*Carries a large flag-pole(1.3m long) with the Dai-Gurren logo on it. It's made from very strong steel and has a spear-head at it's top. This way, it can be used as a spear or a pole in battle. Also the flag part, when burned, turns green/blue, staying lit for minutes and looking extra cool. (no battle effect, just looks cool)
