So why didnt Kabuto use half the things has?
Why did it take so long for Madara to beat the kages?
Why doesnt Obito ever use his Rinnegan powers?

Kabuto used every ****ing move he had. Right down to oral rebirth and healing against guys without intent to kill

Madara was obviously gauging the kages' power. He even ****ing said so. He killed them quickly when he got tired of playing around. People need to stop saying madara had a hard time. Sure he used kill shot jutsu but he never even combo'd. He just showed some powerful techniques to see how the kages would handle it. They're nothing to madara

Obi to just cant . its annoying when people say he didn't use it because konoha had a strategy for beating the paths (no they goddamn dont. Nothing in kakashi + guy's arsenal can take on 6 path together) or because of plot. He just can't use the jutsus. He only hs mastery over the passive abilities. It takes time to master Rinnegan else naga wouldn't have needed to train. You don't just implant eyes and suddenly know all the jutsu else Sasuke wouldn't have to profit progressively unlock susano.
Obi to just can't use all the rinnegan moves yet, he needs to learn/master them. There's no way madara could have trained him in the use of the eyes. Best he could've done was tell him what he'd eventually be able to do

Yeah, you need go learn Kabuto's moveset and see if he used all of his jutsu before posting again. Also, Kabuto wasn't going for the kill either since Sasuke is precious to his plans and that Sasuke kept shielding Itachi.
