My theory as to why the Rikudou might have "created" his sons:
My thought is that he created his sons in the same sense that God created Adam: breathing life into creation.

My thought is that if the Rikudou had a woman that he got pregnant, the genes he passed onto the 2 sons might have made it easier for either to get the Rinnegan.

I think he "created" them because him not exactly passing his DNA (other than "spiritual DNA") would make it harder for them to get the Rinnegan.

I believe he did this because he knew that such a mighty power could be used for good or evi, ( Even Jiraiya said in ch. 373 that it could be a godly tool for salvation in a chaotic world or a weapon ends all of creation by returning everything to dust), he wanted to make it more difficult for other people to obtain it.

This could account for why the Hashi DNA-injected Madara, the greatest Uchiha member to live, was the near the end of his life when he unlocked the Rinnegan.

ye he literally created 2 human child with the jyuubi's mutated chakra and jyuubis body life force naming them UCHIHA AND SENJU. Thats why none of the senju and uchiha elders had blonde hair or red uzumaki hair like the sage

No, i think what he means is that in the same way he created the tailed beast, is the same way he created his sons.

For example: he used the juubi as the starting point for created the tailed beast, by deviding the juubi power between 9 tailed beasts.

Second: for his sons he used himself as a starting point to create two sons that got half his power.

Great theory and it would make a lot of sense.

This is one thing i hope kishimoto touches on.

The Rikudou and Rinnegan concepts are based off of Buddhism while in the Sharingan and Uchiha are based off of Shintoism.

However, in certain sects of each, priests and nuns are can marry and have kids.

Awesome theory i agree with you for the most, but i think he divided his Rinnegan SA6P on half Rinnegan to the both
his sons and it became Senju to the old and Uchiha to the young son, but then after one generation it went like this:-

Senju-Uzumaki.............................. Uchiha-Hyuuga, they all went separate ways with their clans and tribes.
