(Doton: Hedoro no Kouzetsu) – Earth Release : Slime Ensnaring Tongue

Description: The user expels a retractable cord of mud in the shape of an elongated tongue from their mouth. Its adhesive and retractive ability allow it to stick to objects and pull them towards the user or it can be used to pull the user towards another person. However its main purpose is to attach to any part of the terrain which is in range and pull the user to the desired location extremely quickly. It can also be used in quick succession to travel from one place to another.
Note: Lasts for Three Turn
I want it because it does good things ~.~ okay I want it cause it'll get me out of some predicaments and I won't have to use hurricane fist and stuff do dodge things. This is good for that
I gather a portion of my chakra and I mold it into earth type, I then channel the built up chakra to my mouth and it forms mud. I then spit out the mud in the shape of a long tongue, the mud has adhesive properties. So it sticks to the floor in front of me and I retract the cord so that it pulls me over to the desired location when I jump, making the retraction faster to the spot I shot at.
Advantages of this technique is that you could use it in midair to pull you down to the ground quicker, or to dodge a technique by shooting it to the side and pulling you out of the line of fire.
Disadvantages would be on water, if one water you would not be able to attach it to the terrain and so making this technique quite shitty.
