The reason why he's so strong is mainly due to Kamui, SM Naruto cannot dodge a move that rivals Amaterasu in speed.
The Kakashi that thought Pein, wasn't that good at using Kamui unlike the War Kakashi that completely shits on all that Stamina stuff people claim when attempting to undermine Kakashi's Kamui abilities.

KCM and BM blitz Kakashi with a simple shunshin never mind a Rasengan.​

Current Sm naruto > current kakashi. 1/13 of naruto's clone beat 3rd raikage, sm naruto beat kyuubi, sm naruto beat pain albeit with some help, all which kakashi can't do. Naruto have knowledge of kamui and he always figth w/ clones so kakashi won't be able use kamui since he won't know the original nor waste chakra on clones. All other jutsu by kakashi will not work due to his sensin and higher stats in every area. Also note naruto has 3 boss summons under his belt and two toad sages.

kakashi fougth the strongest path and he did even use kamui on him what do you talk about ?
if he had used kamui on him ,he would have won this match

kakashi would beat sm naruto easily now
but naruto fought pain excluding deva path(strongest one)and after naruto beat all paths he fought deva path and lost in second but the kiybi get out and fought the pain and destroyed chibaku tensi(what would have naruto done with it without kiybi )

Naruto needs to use Kage Bunshin/get away from it once or twice, and that's it. Kakashi'll very tired.

he can even couter chibaku tensi by warping it before it get bigger
kakashi now can beat all paths together (kamui on every path is enough although there are paths kakashi can beat it with clone)

kakashi's akmui is the fastest jutus
kakashi warped naruto without obito who has sharingan and riningan note
kakashi warped 2 susano arrow in no time
