Hinata has Twin Lion Fists which greatly increase the range of her attacks in CQC. Even using the standard Gentle Fist, a solid hit isn't required to do damage:

If they don't stay bunched up tenten and Ino are screwed cuz they are mid to long range fighters and against lee a tijutsu specialist they wouldn't stand a chance. So you lost them and their abilities:

I get ya I think if they were to have a chance Ino would be the most important part.
Sakura and Hinata would have to rush lee while tenten provided back up and cover then Sakura n Hinata would have to try n keep lee still for Ino.
That's the only way I see them having a chance.

Tenten:Ok KUNAII SPAAM
