Okay guys to lessen the threat of future trolls. I have drastically revised the RP system here. Take a look below at the changes. hopefully this will quell the trolling and allow me to RP a bit more. feel free to change your bios again but take special note at the Rank System which from this point on will be "Cannon"
NARUTO RP: THE FORBIDDEN SHADOW
It's been 30 years since the rise and defeat of the Iron Dawn samurai of Sanro. The damage wrought by the Shogun Soryu, and during the aftermath by Kyoshiro Uchiha's vengence, has left the ninja world in ruins. Ironically, the ninja world is a shadow of it's former self.
With the efforts of The Shinobi Alliance, the ninja world is slowly returning to it's former glory. A new generation's tale is about to unfold, and a forgotten darkness will soon be remembered.

Chunin- can use up to 2 elements. All jutsu cause 25 points of damage to Health. All jutsu cost 10 points of Chakra.

Stats
Health-Determines How much damage you can take from attacks. When your health reaches 0 you die and are sent to the hospital of your home village for 5 posts.
Stamina-Determines how much you can evade or block. When your stamina reaches 0. You are fatigued and cannot move for 2 posts after which your stamina returns to its original state. Stamina base is alway 100. it takes 10 points of stamina to dodge or evade any attack, meaning you can dodge a total of 10 times before you are fatigued.
Chakra-Determines the use of your jutsu. Stronger jutsu require more chakra. When your chakra reaches 0 you are unable to preform jutsu for 2 posts after which your chakra is replentished.
Kage
The 5 Kage are the moderators and thus start at the rank of Kage. They will train, hand out missions, and discipline any violators of the rules.

Since the days of Shogun Soryu, Samurai have now learned to use jutsu. They can use the 5 elements, fuinjutsu, 8 inner gates, Medical, and summoning and can be jinchuriki, but do not possess Kekkei Genkei, Daojutsu, nor can they be a Sage.
The Bijuu
The bijuu have reconstituted after being dispersed by Tsuchikage Yukimora 30 years ago. None of them have a host and are running rampant throughout the world. it possible to capture them and become its host....but the road to becoming a Jinchuriki is a long one. Watch for Speical Bijuu Hunt posts for a chance at becoming a Jinchuriki.
The Rinnegan
The Rinnegan is unavailable at this time.
Mangenkyo Sharingan/ Eternal Mangenkyo Sharingan
MS can be attained at the Jonin level and EMS can be obtained at the S Class level
Sage Mode
Like becoming a chinjuriki, becoming a sage is lengthy process and must begin at the Chunin level. If you possess "the body" and wish to train in Sage Mode then seek Umari Senju AKA the Sage Scholar

It's an open ended RP. Go where you want, do what you want
Everyone starts at chunin rank
You rank up by one position after completing 5 missions. Or by defeating boss fights
If you die you are sent to the hosipital of your home village for 5 posts
It takes 5 posts to travel from 1 destination to another
Custom clans are allowed
No hybrid clans. (Example: you can't have an Uchiha father and Uzumaki mother)

While I like the idea, it wouldn't be fair to everyone else if I let you have such an OP character. If you wish use Casico you can, but he will start at the genin rank just like everyone else. Owl Sage Mode is still available in this RP. In fact my bio(Umari Sneju) is going through it now
, and if i want to learn owl sage mode can i start now as well??

Starburst Stream! *Kirito quickly dashes at the Chuunin with his Shadowless Flight technique, he "teleports" behind him and delivers three slashes at the Nape, and stabs the Chuunin with Excalibur* Four... *Kirito takes out Excalibur and "teleports" above of the Chuunin, stabbing his Shoulder blades brutally and painfully* Six.. *Kirito teleports infront if the Chuunin, and does two horizontal slashes at the Abdomen, he repeats the slashes but vertically* Eight, Ten... *Kirito teleports behind the Chuunin, and puts both of his sword at the Chuunin's throat, slitting them in a gore-full way* Twelve... *As the Chuunin is leaning back, Kirito teleports infront of him* Starburst Stream!! *Kirito shouts, and begins slashing everywhere at the Chuunin, shoulders... Crotch... Wrists... Anywhere within reach* Fourteen, Sixteen, Eighteen, Twenty! *Kirito continues slashing at the Lifeless Chuunin, counting each slash* ... Fourty-two, Fourty-four, Fourty-six, Fourty-Eight... Fifty!!! *Kirito does the last two slashes with a powerful downwards solsh from above the Shoulder-blades, slicing the man into three pieces*
