Naruto from the begining of d anime till present date has improved but he doesn't seem to be stronger than some shinobi even after he learnt bijuu mode so my guess is that he will meet the so6p just like when he met minato during the fight with pain and his gonna learn something new dat will make him strong enough to finish madara and obito and seal the juubi inside himself so wat do you guys think?

Well I believe he could become as strong as Madara with Kurama, but will not be as good as Hashirama. That's just my opinion.

Generally in Shounen Manga the Hero is pretty OP in the end, if he is not the strongest he will be very close.
