Itachi is physically faster than minato

even if we ignore that no where in the series is minato shown to be physically fast, whereas itachi ahs been accounted for it many many times

Here you see him quite a far away from where the kyuubi is, And almost instantly he appeared ontop of the kyuubi and did summoning jutsu. He Blitzed that distance in no time at all.

he didnt jump that ....... even if he was insanly retarded fast he cant jump that far and that fast, physics wouldnt allowit.. if he jumped up terminal velocity would still not be fast enough for an above landing... and if he jumped straight out he wouldnt be able to stop at such speeds

Unless you do not consider shunshin jutsu/enhancements i am not sure what you mean.

Anyway itachi does indeed posses great burst of speed when needed and he has arguably the greatest fluidity to his movements. In that sense i believe there isn't much of a gap as people are led to believe. Minato might posses the slightly greater shunshin feats, though shisui, itachi's best friend who gained hype for this jutsu mustv'e tutored itachi
