You are mistaken. Strong elemental attacks disrupted Suigetsu. PS slash, Meteors, and Shinshuusenju are all physical based attacks that go straight through Kabuto.

Chou ST is countered by Mole Jutsu.

Katon is weak... since it can't even hurt Tsunade.

Chibaku Tensei is countered by Sound Genjutsu. Nagato cannot maintain CT if he lost control over his chakra.

I don't even see how Kabuto vs Hashirama and Madara is even debatable. Nagato can win to with Mid-high difficulty using CT or GM which I Kabuto has no counter for.
