The sharingan is said to control the tailed beasts and it was proven to do so. So who thinks that anyone with MS or EMS can control the juubi. Assuming they are proficient enough with their MS/EMS that is. I don't mean just anyone with the MS or EMS but someone really powerful like Madara

I'm not on about about the gedo mazo. That was just the shell of the juubi and it was just used to seal the tailed beasts in

Well the way I see it, you cant control the juubi with only half of the sage's power, maybe some control is possible but once it hits its 2nd stage then it seems like you need both

Yeah that makes sense but how hard is that to get now though. Like only Edo tensei madara and obito have both now

Its only hard because the uchiha & senju are almost extinct (the senju are hanging on by a thread, lol)

not even rinnegan can control juubi and rinnegam>ems as stated sage of 6 paths>naruto verse and he couldn't control juubi thus he sealed him away

If obito can do it i think sasuke can. he's a pure uchiha
