Mission:(No this would be considered a mission, you can't kill the entire clan by your self, you have to have members in your clan to go to war with other clans. This is to solidify your alliance with the Sagawara clan and make a name for your self in Kirigakure so people will want to join your clan, and other clan's will want to form a alliance. After you defeat the Nijo you will build your clans mansion in Kirirgakure. This will attract attention. Good and bad.)
