Why Nagato didn't ressurected Yahiko with Gedō: Rinne Tensei no Jutsu ?!

He was most likely not aware of every ability the rinnegan gifted him. Obito probably told him of it, Madara did inform Obito of the technique.

Though, is Nagato skilled enough to ressurect people and NOT die? Or. . Why would it kill Obito to bring back one person?

Why wouldn't the King if Hell summon be able too restore said body before said jutsu...

it has already been hinted by Obito that upon the resurrection of a corpse with this jutsu, you lose your life. Partially why Obito never resurrected Madara once he obtained the Rinnegan. Re-read the capters where Madara unites with Obito and they have their disscusion...
