I actually love that wind jutsu btw

To begin I concentrate my Raiton chakra and I then channel it into my right hand. There I start to gather my chakra into a large mass, I do this quite quickly until I have built up a sufficient amount for this technique. I then focus the gathered chakra out of my palm and as it leaves I simultaneously use both nature and shape transformation to manipulate my chakra. I first form the chakra into lightning and then into a long whip. I then attack your clone using this whip where upon hitting him he gets shocked and dispersed.

Adv-No hand seals
Useful for electrifying water
Can create more than one whip

Disadv-I'm not sure if you can form handseals while using this, as there might be a risk of shocking yourself

I rate your counter as good. The two techniques have a similar forming and traveling time, but your jutsu will not only protect you from my own but it will overpower mine and continue towards me. This is due to your technique being much bigger and wider than mine, thus not allowing me to directly attack you.

I rate this techniques speed of use as medium. As although it requires no handseals, it doesn't travel particularly fast towards the opponent.

@Dis: No, you cant form hand seals. This is one technique that requires constant chakra, like a fire stream. It's more like wide-area lightning whip than an actual tornado.

I rate your counter as bad. It doesn't directly stop or overpower my own technique and it has a much slower speed of use. Presuming I use my technique first, my technique would reach you before yours even fell on me, leaving me with enough time to escape.

Maybe, but it would be difficult to do. You would need god timing since the lightning is fast, its simpler to just use some other technique to defend.
