*Authors Note: Please take into consideration that this list takes all the characters abilities into consideration. Such as the Narutos chances of entering 4TK and 6TK or Gaara using Tanuki Neiri no Jutsu , this also takes into consideration how willing he was to do so. Such as Immortals arc not wanting to use the power and early pt. 2 using it almost without batting an eye. I also had to guess on how far the Jinchurikis could access their Biju's Power, though the list takes into consideration that they could access version two given enough rage.

some of the placements do make me somewhat uncomfortable, but ones like Jinchuriki Gaara in part 2 deserve their place.

Oh yeah, Obito's prime is Rinnegan, Paths AND Juubi 1st form. That puts him in higher tier.

Why would you put DSM Kabuto on the same tier as Pain when Kabuto can literally 1 shot Pain.

Because this tier list considers inpartial circumstances, Meaning full intel and a Grassy Plain location. Most of his techs are weaker in a non-cave enviorment.

Tayuya's Flute Genjutsu is the only true one shot for pain anyway.

Kabuto without Edo's can beat Nagato mid diff, Bee mid diff, RM Naruto low diff, Edo Madara high diff, and Hashirama high diff. Naruto himself would beat Kabuto, but would have a hard time just because Kabuto can counter most of Naruto's offense. All outside of a cave.

Also I was talking about Muki Tensei that 1 shots Pain, but Sound Genjutsu also works.

Oh yeah, just a suggestion, just stop at tier 8. No one cares about the fodders under that tier. lol

Bee - Kabuto rips a hole inside of Hachibi, goes inside and uses Hakugeki
RM Naruto - What does Naruto have that can kill Kabuto? Rasenshuriken? lol doesn't even work
Edo Madara - Kabuto has counters to every one of his attacks
Hashirama - Only elemental attacks work on Kabuto. The only thing Hashirama has that can work on Kabuto is Pollen World, but that won't work because Kabuto is immune to Hashiramas powers with the special drug that he made.

And here's the way that Kabuto trolls Naruto.

Naruto: "Here Kabuto, have a taste of my non-canon Bijuudama, just let me stand here for about 1 minute and charge it up"

Kabuto: "K I'll wait"

Naruto: "Here you go!" *FIRE!*

Kabuto: "Mwuuhahahahahaha" *Hides underground*

Naruto: "Crap! I'm out chakra!"

I myself just realized this a few days ago, but Bijuudama only damages above ground. Even the ultimate bijuudama, the explosion is only above the ground. It doesn't even create a hole in the ground lol. Kishimoto logic right there.

Not ridiculous at all. Physical attacks don't even work on Kabuto, so that means only elemental attacks work.

By Kishimoto logic, explosions like Bijuudama and FRS don't even scratch the ground. So anyone like Orochimaru, Kakashi, Kabuto, Obito and Deidara who all have Mole Jutsu, is completely safe underground.

Also, Senpo: Muki Tensei allows Kabuto to control anything that is non living. Last time I checked, Ultimate Bijuudama is non living. What happens if Narutos strongest Bijuudama gets redirected at him? (I bet you're just going to say Shunshin lol)

Very well done tier list. I think that Nagato should be a tier higher though, same with Dragon Sage Mode Kabuto.

You're welcome. I'm encouraged to do one myself but i'm a bit short in time, its not gonna happen until 2 months from now.

So, what i don't agree with:

Fodders present Lol > Udon, Moegi, Mizuki, Demon Brothers, Hanabi Hyuga, Ebisu, Raido, Genma, Shin (Sai's br.), Hizashi HYUGA (not Uchiha), Fugaku Uchiha, Sakumo Hatake, Shisui, Tobirama. They're a waste of space and can't be evaluated properly let alone others who can't be evaluated at all.
Others like > Karin, Yoroi, Tsurugi, Dosu, Kin, Zaku, Iruka, Karui, Omoi, Shigure, Hayate, Anko, Kurenai, etc; who barely made any difference are also somewhat a waste of space.
Earlier versions > part 1 and healthy/old versions. Why not using the current characters only? There's no such thing as "healthy Itachi"...

I read the warning but i think all those above shouldn't be included in these types of list because they make it longer and harder to analyse and imo aren't important at all.
