Why Nagato didn't ressurected Yahiko with Gedō: Rinne Tensei no Jutsu ?!

He would have still been the same Nagato if they died cause he could just bring them back to life lol.

Konan stated that when Nagato was bringing all the dead people in the Leaf back that he will die because of his very low chakra level after fighting Naruto.

He could have brought him back, but he didn't cause of plot.

No it doesn't. The reason why Nagato died after he used Rinne Tensei is because he was low on chakra.
And the reason why Obito well die if he uses Rinne Tensei is because he doesn't have large chakra reserves like an Uzumaki.

He used Deva Path to guard against ANBU and Hanzo's projectiles and couldn't cast Outer Path technic ? It's a bit strange as far as them both being parallel Nagato's Paths technics ! :devil:

this minus the part that he would die.i believe the only reason obito would die is because madara`s body is nowhere around so obito needs to sacrifice his body/life in order to bring madara back.as long as the user of rinne tensei no jutsu has a body before him he can revive it without dying IMO

It is unknown to why he didn't bring back Yahiko. He had pretty big chakra preserves on the account that he had enough to shuffle into 6 different body not counting his own. If he didn't know about the jutsu back then it doesn't really matter because he knew about it when he fought Naruto. The time interval from Yahiko's death to the fight with Naruto shouldn't be a problem because Obito is expected to bring back Madara who died long before Yahiko. He probably wouldn't have died because when he used that jutsu after the fight, he brought back a mass amount of people. If he was supposed to die because of using it, he wouldv'e died after reviving the first person. He died after the fight because he was low on chakra. I believe he didn't bring back Yahiko because he felt as though the world had matured him and he found his own way to create peace that contradicted with Yahiko's beliefs and he had no reason to bring back Yahiko.
