Intel:Lee knows his oponents are a Hyuuga, a Yamanaka, a weapon user and a healer with super human strength; the girls know that Lee is an advanced taijutsu user; not knowledge in gates.
Intent:Kill and live(having atleast 1 standing comrade counts)
Distance:30 meters
No kyuubi chakra to anyone

^^these applies to 2 different scenarios:
1)part 1 Lee during chuunin exams vs current kunoichis
2)current Lee vs current kunoichi
I think he can own the 2nd scenario; but the in 1st one the kunoichi might be the victors.

Edit: Tenten is restricted for a 3rd scenario; cuz appearantly she solos.

In both scenarios? in his part 2 self yeah he can own them; but in his part 1 self he might have a little trouble; since he is younger and girls are more intelligent.

Of course he wins both. He wouldn't stop nor could be restrained so Ino's jutsu wouldn't get him. Tenten is yet to be seen fighting but i don't think summoning a lot of weapons is gonna help. Sakura wouldn't land a hit and their only hope would be Hinata's Twin Lion Fists. But Lee would end up using gates and then there would be nothing they could do. Intelligence wouldn't play a great part here imo.
