Should I play League of Legends?

I curious how good League of Legends actually is. I know people who have played it and they said it was good. I'm not sure if it's worth the download time or it if it is still popular. I'm mainly just looking for a great mmorpg to play

It's okay, there are only 3 zones/areas. That personally really annoyed me seeing as how player's would use the same stratagy every-single-game.

you wont regret it....but u have to play it a long time to get skilled enough to play it good.....just be careful not to get dependent on it xD...i have some friends that play it whole day

It's not an MMORPG if that's what you're looking for ( WoW, Gw2 etc. ), it's a MOBA, which means you play a battle arena with online teammates vs online opponents to destroy towers n shit...

OT: I've played, but it's not my sort of game, so I can't recommend it. But there are plenty of champions to choose from and the graphics look nice.

Well, Diablo III plays similar to LoL but it's an MMO from what I can tell ( There's a trial version ).

For regular MMO's, I could recommend Guild Wars 2, as long as you have a good computer, trust me, if you can't run the game on medium+ settings, it's no fun.

You really should look online for free to play games, if you don't want to pay.

( Gw3 and D3 are one-time buy games, meaning you do have to pay, but no subscription, they're worth it )

I recommend it because its nice to play a MOBA game, like puppet master said. I always played Metin2 and between it and lol is a huge difference.

Also, in lol i only buy the cool looking champions so i would never buy somebody with a shit look

Its a great game i used to be a CoD fanboy, but when i left CoD i didnt know what game I should play so I started to Play MineCraft on The PC. After a couple of months my friends reccomended league of legends and i tried it out i was horrible at it so i uninstalled it a year after i played league again cause i decided to give it another go, now i play league alot, but the only reason im good now is because i had a high level which was my friend teach me the basics of league and since he was high level i got put in matches with level 20's and above so i was practically training with people that played a year more than me. So what i reccomend is that you get the game and have someone teach you the basics and some advanced stuff.

There's a very similar game to LoL but as a MMO. It's called Smite but is still on its beta.
