Minato's present : YIN PART OF THE KYUUBI'S CHAKRA.
YANG PART WAS SEALED WITHIN NARUTO.
If you think that the other half is sealed inside the SHINIGAMI then its false.
Minato sealed it inside him and that is why his body got numb after extracting and sealing Kyuubi's half.
