But as sasuke has proved before the stronger your sharingan the more genjutsu wont affect you, and apart from madara and obito dissputed, sasuke has the strongest sharingan right now.

Sasuke has been caught in Itachi's genjutsu's many times before. Infinite Tsukuyomi is on a completely different level, it is the strongest jutsu in the Narutoverse. Personally I don't think that even Sasuke's EMS can withstand it seeing as Pain's Rinnegan wasn't enough to get out of even Frog Song.

The only people immune to it at this point are Naruto and Bee since they are Perfect Jin's.
